3. Our Use of Data
- 3.1 Any personal Data you submit will be retained by Jo Hopkins Consulting for as long as you use the Services and Systems provided on the Web Site. Data that you may submit through any communications System that we may provide may be retained for a longer period of up to one year.
- 3.2 Unless we are obliged or permitted by law to do so, and subject to Clause 4, your Data will not be disclosed to third parties. This includes our affiliates and / or other companies within our group.
- 3.3 All personal Data is stored securely in accordance with the principles of the Data Protection Act 1998. For more details on security, see Clause 9 below.
- 3.4 Any or all of the above Data may be required by us from time to time in order to provide you with the best possible service and experience when using our Web Site. Specifically, Data may be used by us for the following reasons:

- 5.1 Jo Hopkins Consulting may, from time to time, expand or reduce its business and this may involve the sale of certain divisions or the transfer of control of certain divisions to other parties. Data provided by Users will, where it is relevant to any division so transferred, be transferred along with that division and the new owner or newly controlling party will, under the terms of this Policy, be permitted to use the Data for the purposes for which it was supplied by you.

Charlie is an accredited member through the Association of Coaching and the European Mentoring and Coaching Council and she has lead on the development and implementation of the High-performance sports systems mentoring and Coaching strategies over 2.5 cycles. Prior to this she was the Director of Education and Development with Swim Ireland and was a former Olympic and Paralympic swimming coach representing Ireland in Beijing and London where the Irish swimming team saw medal winning performances in consecutive games.
Charlies ultimate passion in life is to support people to achieve despite the unique challenges and opportunities thay may face. In 2005 she was appointed Coach of the GB and England woman’s squad that achieved Olympic Gold (Rio) & Bronze (London), European Gold, Commonwealth Silver and World Cup Bronze. During her tenure the team’s world ranking rose from 10th to 2nd, the sport’s highest ever position. She is a former athlete, a Coach and Head of Nutrition at the Sport Ireland Institute of Sport and is a key team member with Team Ireland on the road to Paris 2024. Sharon currently works with athletes, coaches and sports science staff in 5 Olympic sports, delivering sports nutrition advice to enhance performance. Sharon previously worked with the Sports Institute of Northern Ireland and is a lecturer in Dublin City University, she is currently an Adjunct Professor at the University of Limerick. Sharon was included in the Sport For Business 50 Women of Influence List in 2023.

Since then, Esme has supported practitioners and leaders within high performance sport through executive coaching and mentoring, with a focus on creating the opportunity for individuals to thrive within their current roles and beyond.
